Scholarships
There are two tuition scholarships available for Washington students through SAWS. Talk to your private teacher about this. There are also two work scholarships available to local teenagers each year. Advanced violinists who play viola in orchestra and chamber music will receive a $50 scholarship. We have some scholarship funds available for families who are willing to help at the Institute. There are some limited scholarship funds for the short-term teacher training courses. Please contact Holly Blackwelder Carpenter (see Contact) for more information.
